Your abstract / Speaker Proposal will be evaluated by the EMINDIA-2026 scientific committee using the Scoring Rubric, which is included in each template below for your reference.
Delegates who intend to speak about a point of view on a topic / Present a Case / Present their research idea or results have to submit an abstract/ speaker proposal.
Before You Begin
- You must be a registered delegate of EMINDIA-2026 to submit an abstract. Your registration number is mandatory for submission.
- Download the correct Word template for your submission type — ORW (Original Research Work), CBL (Case-Based Learning), or POV (Point of View).
- Fill in the template carefully and save the file as instructed within the document.
- Abstract word limit: 500 words maximum (excluding title and author affiliations).
Submission Steps
- Download the appropriate Word template below and complete it.
- Go to the OMCAR Portal (link below) — OMCAR (Open Medical Conferences Abstracts Register) is a peer-reviewed abstract repository by Jaypee Publishers. Accepted abstracts are assigned an official DOI, published open access (CC BY-NC 4.0), and listed in global indexes — giving your work a permanent, citable, and internationally visible record.
- Pay the submission fee first — A fee of ₹100 + GST is charged by Jaypee Publishers, payable securely via Razorpay. You will receive a PDF invoice by email — save this, as uploading it is mandatory to complete your submission.
- Register or Log in — After payment, log in with your existing Jaypee Journals account credentials, or create a new account if you are a first-time user.
- Complete the submission form — ensure title, authors, affiliations, and all structured sections are filled. The portal validates mandatory fields automatically and will not allow submission unless all are complete.
- Upload required documents — the final submission form unlocks after payment.
- Submit — tick the submission declaration and click Submit Abstract. You will receive a confirmation email with your Submission ID.
Important Notes
- You may submit more than one abstract or POV proposal, but each submission must go through the same process individually.
- Once submitted, your abstract will be reviewed by the EMINDIA-2026 Scientific Committee (SciCom). You will be notified of the decision by email.
- The ₹100 + GST submission fee is charged by Jaypee Publishers and is non-refundable once submitted.
- All decisions of the SciCom are final.
